Each Chapter includes a self-assessment activity that will help you detect any improvement opportunity in your work. Make sure you put in your best effort, and you take full advantage of the resources included in your Workbook. There is no right or wrong answer in many instances. Practice, practice, and practice: continuous improvement leads to excellence! And remember, this is your first approach to Relational Learning; there is much more to learn! There are two types of links in your Workbook. In Microsoft Word, you will need to put your cursor on the link and then use Ctrl + Click to open them:

• Research Resources, templates, and texts are available as Direct Downloads. It means that when you click on the link in your Workbook, the document will download directly to your computer. Just check your Downloads folder to open the document and start reading!
• The links to other articles and videos open in a new window on your preferred browser.

Then, if you still can’t access it, please email [email protected] and let us know the exact title of the document you need. We will answer as soon as possible! In the meantime, dig deeper into the previous Chapter or resources, or explore the “Know more” links. Just keep learning!
